need to start running on mornings le..


i realise.. though my running time got improve but i find myself getting weaker..

lost a total of near 15 kg from the start of the year.. but i think is all from the low carbo diet i have..

now is losing weight with training... (need to get silver or i die in NS)

bah.. my com sux lar.. until now i still dunno why blgging so laggy..
